Our Customer Service team consists of internal staff that process orders, track orders, log in firearms, follow ATF regulations for firearm compliance and complete accounting reports. They can be reached by calling our Customer Service Call Center or by email.

Shipping

Reeds offers expedited shipping services for orders to be shipped the same day via Fed Ex 2 Day Air or Fed Ex Overnight.

$50 Fed Ex 2 Day Air (plus freight costs)

$100 Fed Ex Overnight (plus freight costs)

 

Returns

When our client orders incorrectly and product needs to be returned and/or replaced we will process the shipping call tag, return paperwork and replacement paperwork. $25.00 processing fee plus Cost of Original Shipment's Freight delivery; plus, cost of return freight; and plus, the cost of replacement freight for reshipping the corrective item.

For each firearm returned there will be a $25 restocking fee. 

For Merchandise returned at no fault of Reeds, there will be a restocking fee. The restocking fee varies on the product and quantity. Also, the condition of the outpack packaging, damage to packaging, cleanliness, and condition of packing materials, and the condition of the returned item itself.

Reeds offers service for handling factory-induced returns for recalls, defective products, etc. Reeds will process the shipping call tag, return paperwork and replacement paperwork. $25.00 processing fee plus Cost of Original Shipment's Freight delivery; plus, cost of return freight; and plus, the cost of replacement freight for reshipping the corrective item. Additionally, staff time working with Factory for RMA, preparation work, evaluation of defectives, inventory matters and related work are billed at the Extraordinary Staff Matters rate.

For any defective product or timing issues created by Reeds or FedEx, Reeds will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. Additionally, a replacement product will be shipped out before the returned product arrives back to Reeds. A call tag may be sent or credit applied to cover all shipping costs caused by Reeds.

Extraordinary Issues per incident will be handled according to our Hourly Rate for Extraordinary Issue management time. For example, this includes a buyer's time determining product status, sourcing replacement products and all related matters when a vendor who is working directly with the client was to be providing the product to Reeds and does not provide the client's product on-time. Another example is soliciting current or correct FFL's directly from an FFL when an incorrect or expired FFL is provided with an order. Extraordinary Tasks. The Hourly Rate for administration, buyers, managers, customer service and warehouse staff time is $40 per hour with time tracked and reported for handling Extraordinary Issues. Ordinary Tasks. Ordinary tasks are tracked at an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour.

Pricing and Detail Errors. Although we strive at all times to maintain the accuracy of information maintained on this site, including pricing information and product details, occasionally pricing or other information errors may occur. In the event that any product that is available through this site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will attempt corrections, refunds or provide suggestions when this occurs as soon as possible.

Out of Stock Items. Sale items can run out of stock. We will notify you directly if your order cannot be satisfied. Often, due to high sales volume on discounted items, multiple sales can occur as stock runs out. We will do our best to satisfy an order and, sometimes, we can offer alternatives or upgrades if stock runs out of supply.

Shipping Terms. All free shipping, fixed price shipping quotes, and special rates apply to the Lower 48 states of the USA. We will quote freight costs to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, which aren’t part of our shipping special offers. If shipping rates are not accurately reflected in the order confirmation, we reserve the right to contact the customer and update the shipping costs associated with the products.

Guns and Ammo. All firearms have to be shipped to an FFL dealer. Residents of CA, CT, DE, DC, MA, and NY please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering ammunition. AK and HI will require additional shipping charges, please call for a quote.
