We want to facilitate any possible returns and exchanges to make sure you and your winner's of merchandise are happy. We know that how a return is handled reflects on all parties involved. So, we try to be fast and flexible.


Damaged/Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or is incorrect, we will replace it or credit it, based on your preference.
      - If the discovery of the damage or incorrect item is just before an event, we suggest presenting it as is (if possible), and then getting the winner's information at the event.   Forward us the winner's information and we'll coordinate shipping the correct item to the winner and receiving the damaged/incorrect item back from the committee.

      - We bear the costs of the re-shipping of the correct or undamaged item.

      - We do require that you email us with your plan for handling an incorrect or damaged item right away and before you announce the plan, so that we can all work together.


Clothing Exchange for Size

      - All clothing shipped in for events will have a Size Exchanger Tag on the item. The info on the tag instructs the winner of the item about where to ship an item for exchange.

      - We pay the shipping costs of the replacement item back to the winner. (The winner does pay for shipping back the incorrect size).


My committee "over-ordered" and didn't use some items at the what?

If merchandise was ordered for an event, but not used because traffic was down or conditions weren't as planned, we suggest contacting us and transferring the unused product to another event and re-invoicing it to the next event. This cuts down on unnecessary re-shipping costs for all parties. We have a system in place to manage those items.
